At RH Murcia Centro, rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Whenever possible, we try to have them ready earlier. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is usually served from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 10:30 am, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. As these times may vary on certain dates, we recommend confirming them at reception during your stay.

How does the birthday promotional code work?
Registered customers who have enabled promotional emails will receive their birthday code by newsletter on the day of their birthday. The code can be used for 7 days from the issue date and only for new bookings with stays scheduled within the following 12 months. It applies to one room only, does not cover additional services, and cannot be combined with other promotions or RH customer benefits.

Can I complete online check-in? Are group bookings accepted?
Yes. You can complete online check-in through your personal area on the Hoteles RH website before arriving at the hotel, which speeds up the arrival process. As for reservations, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, nor are stays linked to hen or stag parties, celebrations, or similar events. Separate bookings that actually belong to the same group will also not be accepted.

Do babies and children need to be included in the booking?
Yes. The booking must include all guests, including babies and children. The hotel needs to know in advance how many people are staying and their ages, as some room types do not allow an extra bed or cot. For booking purposes, a child is considered up to and including 12 years old; from that age onwards, they are considered an adult.

The online booking engine allows a maximum of 4 rooms per booking. If you need more, you will need to contact Hoteles RH directly. Bookings related to large celebrations or hen and stag parties are not allowed either.

What time can I have my room? Do I need to advise the hotel if I arrive after 16:00h?
In order to access your room at the Hotel, the check-in time established by law is until 4:00 p.m. If an arrival is expected after 6:00 p.m., it is necessary to contact the hotel directly (the telephone number can be found in the reservation).

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?
We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).

What is the maximum ammount of rooms I can book?
Our search engine will only give you the possibility to book up to a maximum of 4 rooms. In the case you want more rooms, contact us directly.
Reservations for stag or hen parties or large groups for celebrations are not allowed.

How can I book parking in some of our hotels?
You can book the parking service in our hotels during the reservation process of the hotelesrh.com website. To do this you must indicate the number plate of your car.
The parking cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours before your arrival, after this period €20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor is it permitted to charge or park them on the premises. Likewise, parking or charging scooters in the areas outside the hotel is also prohibited.

Triple Studio
Recently renovated studios located in a four-storey building (no lift). They are equipped with two 90 cm single beds or one double bed.
Each studio features a kitchenette, mini fridge and microwave, with daily housekeeping service.
Please note that not all studios have a terrace; some have a terrace while others have a window.
